Today we are excited to share some big news: Dondy is joining Circeus and becoming part of Shop Circle, the group's agentic commerce software division.


We started Dondy with a simple belief: conversations are where modern commerce happens, and WhatsApp is where your customers already are. Since then, more than 70,000 businesses around the world have used Dondy to run marketing campaigns, drive sales and deliver support across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and website chat. Along the way, Dondy became the #1-ranked WhatsApp app on the Shopify App Store, earned Shopify's recommendation in the Marketing and Abandoned Cart categories, and won the trust of brands like Miss Sixty, Ulike UK and Hamashbir Lazarchan.


Joining Circeus is the natural next step in that journey. It means we can build the future of conversational commerce faster, with more resources behind us, and go further for you.

  • Next-generation AI support. We are building an AI-first support experience designed to handle and resolve customer requests end to end, on every channel where your customers are.

  • AI that runs your campaigns. A unified AI layer that decides what to send, when, to whom and with what goal, and that keeps improving with every interaction.

  • A smoother onboarding and merchant journey, plus the ability to serve larger, enterprise brands as we grow.
