Spain Automat: How We Reduced Order Cancellations and Improved Retention Using Dondy

Running a cash-on-delivery (cod) business in Spain means you need to verify every single order before shipping. For a while, we were handling this manually - calling or messaging customers one by one to confirm orders. It took a lot of time, and we still had many unconfirmed or fake orders slipping through. We knew we needed a better system.

After setting up a WhatsApp Business account, we used Dondy to automate our order confirmation process. Every customer who places an order now gets an automatic WhatsApp message with their order details and two clear buttons: “Confirm” or “Cancel.” It’s simple for the customer, and it gives us real-time visibility into which orders are valid.
